Compensation & Benefit Manager [CBM]
Technical
Requirement:
1. 15 years experience in Human Resources Management with in-depth exposure in Compensation and Benefit
2. Highly competent and field tested in all aspects of Compensation and Benefit and Performance Management
§ Experienced in developing
and transforming C&B systems and programs in support of performance
objectives and employee retention
§ Demonstrated ability to
write or develop, implement and enforce Compensation and Benefit policy and
programs
1. Experience in developing structured Job Analysis and Job Evaluation
2. Firsthand experience and implementing salary restructuring
General
Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree (S-1) from a reputable school with relevant field or discipline.
2. High degree of interpersonal and communication skill is necessary to interact effectively with senior managers and users in line departments.
3. English proficiency equivalent to 550 TOEFL score.
4. Enjoy working in an environment with diverse cultural background.
