There is a very thin line between good leadership and
being bossy.

 

Most people who rise up to a certain position take undue
advantage of the post.

 

They forget that by bossing around, their employees will
only despise them and the work atmosphere will become unbearable.

 

Then again, if one doesn't boss around, there are chances
that the leader might be taken for granted by the employees.

 

Let us take a look on how one can become a good boss
without being too bossy with ones employees
