[Human Capital] Strategi Kampanye Caleg yang “Murah Meriah & Bermanfaat “

Apa
yang biasa dilakukan para caleg untuk melakukan kampanye? Bagi kaos, sebarkan uang, memasang baliho dengan
gambar-gambar yang aneh.
Ok,
tentu tidak ada yang salah dengan strategi tersebut. Hanya menurut saya tidak
produktif. Dan tidak ada jaminan orang yang menerima kaos akan serta merta
mendukung seorang caleg.
Menurut
saya cara yang paling murah adalah dengan berbagi "hal yang produktif". Apa
itu? 1. Pengetahuan 2. Alat produktif 3.
Menyampaikan visi dan misi melalui sarana tertulis.
Untuk
berbagi pengetahuan, Anda bisa membuat pelatihan untuk menjawab tantangan yang
sedang dihadapi dapil Anda. Misalnya untuk target pemilih kaum Ibu, Anda bisa
berbagi pengetahuan tentang usaha, kesehatan anak dsb.
Anda
juga bisa menyebarkan buku atau hal-hal
yang bermanfaat dimana Anda sebagai narasumbernya, melalui buku atau internet.
Tapi
apakah dengan strategi itu cukup? Tidak. Anda harus membuat sebuah sistem dan
strategi. Misalnya Anda mengajarkan petani cara berbisnis maka Anda bisa
melatih mereka untuk berusaha dengan modal pinjaman kecil, yang Anda titipkan
melalui koperasi. Atau Anda bisa membantu masyarakat untuk menjual produk
kerajinannya setelah Anda mengajarkan tentang membuat sebuah hiasan unik.
Dengan
strategi ini Anda hanya mungkin mengeluarkan biaya untuk mendatangkan
narasumber, dan akan lebih murah jika Anda lakukan sendiri. Mungkin untuk penerbitan bku atau website modalnya juga
tidak terlalu mahal, bahkan beberapa diantaranya gratis.
Lalu
untuk alat produksi, Anda bisa menyediakan peralatan yang bisa dimanfaatkan
oleh masyarakat untuk melakukan tindakan produktif. Misalnya mesin pengolahan
untuk petani, mesin untuk membuat
minuman dsb. Dimana peralatan tersebut bisa dimanfaatkan masyarakat secara
kolektif.
Mengenai
visi misi Anda sampaikan kepada target Anda secara tertulis. Untuk golongan
yang terdidik Anda bisa menyajikannya dalam bentuk buku yang memberikan
penjelasan secara raional. Namun untuk masyarakat kurang terdidik, Anda bisa
menyampaikan visi secara lebih umum, dalam tulisan yang ringkat dan tidak
terlalu tebal dan lebih banyak visual dan ilustrasi.
Jadi
ada banyak strategi yang bisa Anda lakukan untuk mendapatkan dukungan dari
masyarakat. Tidak hanya dengan bagi-bagi sembako. Melainkan memberikan hal yang
produktif bagi masyarakat sebelum Anda menjadi anggota legislatif. Dan telah bisa
mendatangkan solusi sebelum Anda memiliki power untuk menghasilkan penyelesaian
masalah yang lebih besar.
